Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest czujnik biologiczny przystosowany do wykrywania białek wirusów, który zawiera podłączone do miernika impedancji elektrody, jest wyposażony we wspólną elektrodę (E0) pierwszą elektrodę (E1), oraz druga elektrodę (E2), przy czym te elektrody (E0, E1, E2) są zapewnione w wspólnym podłożu tak, że mają pierwszy obszar kontaktowy (O1) pokryty pierwszą substancją zawierającą przeciwciała wiążące białka pierwszego wirusa, w którym to pierwszym obszarze kontaktowym (O1) odległość (W1) pomiędzy krawędzią wspólnej elektrodą (E0) a krawędzią pierwszej elektrody (E1) mieści się w zakresie od 8 do 12 µm a wysokość elektrod mieści się w zakresie od 50 do 150 nm, oraz mają drugi obszar kontaktowy (O2) pokryty drugą substancją zawierającą przeciwciała wiążące białka drugiego wirusa, w którym to drugim obszarze kontaktowym (O2) odległość (W2) pomiędzy elektrodą wspólną (E0) a drugą elektrodą (E2) mieści się w zakresie od 18 µm do 24 µm, zaś wysokość elektrod nad podłożem mieści się w zakresie od 50 do 450 nm, przy czym wspólna elektroda (E0) i pierwsza elektroda (E1) są podłączone do mostkowego miernika impedancji i wspólna elektroda (E0) i druga elektroda (E2) są podłączone do mostkowego miernika impedancji. Zgłoszenie obejmuje także urządzenie do wykrywania białek wirusów według wynalazku zawiera komorę pomiarową i czujnik biologiczny przystosowany do wykrywania białek wirusów według wynalazku.
