Abstract
Stalowa konstrukcja nośna lekkiego pokrycia dachu, zawierająca stalowe płatwie profilowane na zimno o wysokim przekroju zetowym (2), ceowym (7) lub sigma (10) oraz pokrycie (1) z blachy fałdowej mocowanej do półek górnych płatwi, charakteryzuje się tym, że ma element podłużny, usytuowany prostopadle do długości płatwi (2, 7, 10) i równolegle do podłużnych fałd blachy pokrycia (1), który jest mocowany za pomocą łącznika mechanicznego lub innego środka złącznego do półki dolnej płatwi (2, 7, 10) oraz zawiera usytuowane w płaszczyźnie pionowej, zawierającej element podłużny, dwa czterozagięciowe płaskowniki (9, 12) o szerokości korzystnie w przedziale od 40 do 60 mm i grubości korzystnie większej od grubości ścianek płatwi, mocowane do środnika płatwi (2, 7, 10) po obu stronach przekroju, a ich dłuższe ramiona są nachylone pod kątem α od 30 do 60 stopni, korzystnie 45 stopni w stosunku do środkowej płaszczyzny środnika płatwi (2, 7, 10). Końce płaskowników (9, 12) są z jednej strony mocowane za pomocą łączników mechanicznych do dolnej fałdy blachy pokrycia (1), ich środkowe, równoległe do płaszczyzny środnika, części są mocowane do środnika po obu stronach przekroju płatwi (2, 7, 10), korzystnie tym samym łącznikiem (6) w postaci śruby przechodzącej przez współosiowy otwór w środniku, natomiast ich dolne końce są mocowane do elementu podłużnego za pomocą łączników mechanicznych.The steel supporting structure of the lightweight roof covering, consisting of cold-formed steel purlins with high Z-shaped (2), C-shaped (7) or Sigma (10) cross-section, and a corrugated sheet covering (1) fastened to the upper flanges of the purlins, is characterized by a longitudinal element located perpendicular to the length of the purlins (2, 7, 10) and parallel to the longitudinal folds of the cladding sheet (1), which is attached by means of a mechanical fastener or other fastening means to the lower flange of the purlin (2, 7, 10) and includes located in a vertical plane containing an elongated element, two four-bend flat bars (9, 12), preferably 40 to 60 mm wide and preferably greater than the thickness of the purlin walls, fastened to the web of the purlins (2, 7, 10) on both sides section, and their longer legs are inclined at an angle α from 30 to 60 degrees, preferably 45 degrees to the median plane of the purlin web (2, 7, 10). The ends of the flat bars (9, 12) are fastened on one side to the lower fold of the roofing sheet (1) with mechanical fasteners, their middle, parallel to the plane of the web, parts are attached to the web on both sides of the purlin cross-section (2, 7, 10) preferably with the same fastener (6) in the form of a bolt passing through a coaxial hole in the web, while their lower ends are attached to the elongated element by means of mechanical fasteners.
