Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób badania stopnia zbrylenia i wytrzymałości skonsolidowanych materiałów proszkowych, w którym próbkę umieszcza się w naczyniu i poddaje konsolidacji z zastosowaniem obciążenia przyłożonego od góry próbki. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że próbkę umieszcza się w naczyniu (1), w którym umieszczony jest pomiarowy pręt (3). Naczynie (1) ma kształt cylindra i ma podstawę, w której wykonany jest centrujący otwór, dla wycentrowania pomiarowego pręta (3), a ściana boczna naczynia (1) posiada perforację. Pomiarowy pręt (3) ma kołowy przekrój poprzeczny i posiada na jednym końcu stożkowe, a na powierzchni bocznej ma wykonane poziome dookólne żłobienia. Po uzyskaniu właściwych parametrów otoczenia, naczynie (1) ustawia się na płytce (7), w której wykonane jest centrujące kołowe zagłębienie o wymiarach dopasowanych do wymiarów naczynia (1), a pomiarowy pręt (3) stabilizuje się uchwytem (5). Następnie dokonuje się konsolidacji próbki odważnikiem (2), który ma kształt walca o wymiarach podstawy dopasowanych do wymiarów naczynia (1) i ponadto posiada wykonany środkowo przelotowy otwór do osadzenia na pomiarowym pręcie (3). Następnie odejmuje się uchwyt (5) stabilizujący pomiarowy pręt (3), a do górnej części pomiarowego pręta (3) mocuje się linkę (31) połączoną z siłownikiem (32) i czujnikiem siły (33). The method is characterized in that the sample is placed in a vessel (1) in which a measuring rod (3) is placed. The vessel (1) has the shape of a cylinder and has a base in which a centering hole is made to center the measuring rod (3), and the side wall of the vessel (1) has a perforation. The measuring rod (3) has a circular cross-section and has conical grooves at one end and horizontal grooves around the side surface. After obtaining the proper environmental parameters, the vessel (1) is placed on a plate (7) in which a centering circular depression is made with dimensions adapted to the dimensions of the vessel (1), and the measuring rod (3) is stabilized with a holder (5). Then the sample is consolidated with a weight (2), which has the shape of a cylinder with the dimensions of the base adjusted to the dimensions of the vessel (1) and additionally has a central through hole for mounting on the measuring rod (3). Then the handle (5) stabilizing the measuring rod (3) is removed, and a cable (31) connected to the actuator (32) and the force sensor (33) is attached to the upper part of the measuring rod (3). The vessel (1) is attached with a handle (4) supporting the vessel (1), after which the actuator (32) pulls the measuring rod (3) out of the sample at a feed rate of 1.5 to 12 mm/min. The force sensor (33) measures the force value and transmits the information to a computer equipped with a program for conducting and recording the performed tests.
