Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia przedstawionym na rysunku jest sposób profilowania rury, zwłaszcza o przekroju kwadratowym, w którym profil wyjściowy o przekroju okrągłym umieszczany jest pomiędzy dwoma walcami kształtującymi narzędzia mającymi profil roboczy V-kształtny z dwoma wybraniami na każdej jego powierzchni, które utworzone są od naroża tego profilu roboczego do jego środkowej części pod kątem ostrym o wartości od 3° do 6°. Poprzez działanie tych walców kształtujących formowany jest profil wstępny, który umieszczany jest następnie pomiędzy dwoma walcami kalibrującymi i poprzez ich działanie na profil wstępny formowana jest rura. W tym nowym sposobie profilowania rury, profil wyjściowy stosuje się o obwodzie większym od 2% do 10% w stosunku do obwodu formowanej rury.The subject of the application presented in the drawing is a method of profiling a pipe, especially of a square cross-section, in which the starting profile of a round cross-section is placed between two tool shaping rolls having a V-shaped working profile with two recesses on each of its surfaces, which are formed from the corner of this profile to its center at an acute angle of 3° to 6°. By the action of these shaping rolls a pre-profile is formed which is then placed between two sizing rolls and by their action on the pre-profile a tube is formed. In this new method of pipe profiling, the output profile is used with a circumference greater than 2% to 10% in relation to the circumference of the formed pipe.
