Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest system do mrożenia górotworu z wykorzystaniem wielomodułowej stacji mrożeniowej. System do mrożenia górotworu obejmujący połączone ze sobą dwa obiegi czynnika chłodniczego, tj. obieg szybowy oraz obieg parownikowy charakteryzuje się tym, że co najmniej jedna preizolowana rura obiegu parownikowego połączona jest poprzez pompę obiegu parownikowego z wlotem wymiennika ciepła co najmniej jednego modułu mrożeniowego (6), zaś co najmniej jedna preizolowana rura z wylotu wymiennika ciepła co najmniej jednego modułu mrożeniowego (6) połączona jest poprzez co najmniej jeden trójdrogowy zawór wyrównawczy (9) z co najmniej jedną pompą (4) obiegu szybowego, a co najmniej jedna pompa (4) obiegu szybowego połączona jest co najmniej jedną rurą preizolowaną z rurą wewnętrzną co najmniej jednego otworu mrożeniowego, natomiast rura zewnętrzna co najmniej jednego otworu mrożeniowego połączona jest z co najmniej jedną rurą preizolowaną obiegu parownikowego.The subject of the invention is a system for freezing rock mass using a multi-module freezing station. The system for freezing rock mass comprising two connected refrigerant circuits, i.e. a shaft circuit and an evaporator circuit, is characterized in that at least one pre-insulated pipe of the evaporator circuit is connected via an evaporator circuit pump to the inlet of the heat exchanger of at least one freezing module (6), while at least one pre-insulated pipe from the outlet of the heat exchanger of at least one freezing module (6) is connected via at least one three-way equalization valve (9) to at least one shaft circuit pump (4), and at least one shaft circuit pump (4) is connected via at least one pre-insulated pipe to the inner pipe of at least one freezing opening, while the outer pipe of at least one freezing opening is connected to at least one pre-insulated pipe of the evaporator circuit.
