Pergola Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia 8 kwietnia 2002r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pergola, przeznaczona do aranzacji ogrodu lub innych miejsc w plenerze. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie zewnetrznym pergoli, wygladzie jej elementów skladowych oraz sposobie ich polaczenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego w jego odmianach pokazano na zalaczonym Rys. 1, na Fig.l, Fig.2, Fig.3, Fig.4 ,Fig.5 i Fig.6, oraz na Rys. 2 , który przedstawia pergole i jej konstrukcyjne elementy na Fig. 1, Fig.2, Fig.3 i Fig.4. The industrial design is a pergola, intended for arranging a garden or other outdoor space. The essence of the industrial design is manifested in the external shape of the pergola, the appearance of its components, and the method of their connection. The industrial design in its variations is shown in the attached Fig. 1, Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, and Fig. 6, as well as in Fig. 2, which shows the pergola and its structural elements in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4.
