Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest stanowisko do wypornościowego pomiaru deformacji autogenicznych próbek materiałowych o matrycy na bazie spoiwa mineralnego we wczesnej i późnej fazie dojrzewania, zawierające pojemnik na ciecz, w którym osadzony jest stolik do umieszczania próbki badanego materiału, czujnik. Stanowisko charakteryzuje się tym, że pojemnik (1) na ciecz wyposażony jest w czujnik temperatury (2) oraz grzałkę (3) i ma wieko (4) wyposażone w obwodowe uszczelnienie (5), elastyczny korek (6) oraz rurkę (7), przy czym czujnik temperatury (2) i grzałka (3) połączone są przewodami przechodzącymi przez korek (6) z aparaturą rejestrującą (8). Korzystnie w rurce (7) zainstalowany jest czujnik poziomu cieczy (9), który przewodem przechodzącym przez korek (6) połączony jest z aparaturą rejestrującą (8).The subject of the application is a stand for displacement measurement of autogenous material samples with a matrix based on a mineral binder in the early and late stage of maturation, containing a liquid container in which a table for placing a sample of the tested material, a sensor, is embedded. The stand is characterized by the fact that the container (1) for the liquid is equipped with a temperature sensor (2) and a heater (3) and has a lid (4) equipped with a circumferential seal (5), a flexible plug (6) and a tube (7), the temperature sensor (2) and the heater (3) are connected by wires passing through the plug (6) to the recording apparatus (8). Preferably, a liquid level sensor (9) is installed in the tube (7), which is connected to the recording apparatus (8) through a conduit passing through the plug (6).
