Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest przyrząd do pomiaru różnicy odległości pomiędzy płaszczyzną czołową przedpiaścia osi lub płaszczyzną czołową kołnierza pierścienia wewnętrznego łożyska i płaszczyzną czołową wewnętrzną obręczy lub wieńca koła bezobręczowego po jednej i po drugiej stronie zestawu kołowego z niezamontowanymi lub z zamontowanymi pierścieniami wewnętrznymi łożysk. Przyrząd ten składa się z podstawy opierającej się w czasie pomiaru na powierzchni walcowej czopa osi zestawu kołowego lub na powierzchni walcowej zewnętrznej pierścienia wewnętrznego łożyska, z konstrukcji nośnej i z miernika długości i charakteryzuje się tym, że podstawę stanowi kątownik nośny (1) połączony w górnej części z pionową belką nośną (3) posiadającą na wolnym końcu zamocowane pod kątem prostym ramię łącznikowe (4) połączone na wolnym końcu z ramieniem oporowym (5) wyposażonym na powierzchni skierowanej w stronę belki nośnej (3) w występ oporowy (2), przy czym przy połączeniu kątownika nośnego (1) z belką nośną (3) jest przymocowany miernik długości (6), którego końcówka pomiarowa (7) jest usytuowana od strony krawędzi kątownika nośnego (1) zwróconej w kierunku występu oporowego (2), natomiast powierzchnia styku końcówki pomiarowej (7) z mierzonym elementem jest zwrócona w kierunku występu oporowego (2), zaś do belki nośnej (3) jest przymocowane jednym końcem ruchome ramię dociskowe (8), którego wolny koniec jest skierowany w stronę kątownika nośnego (1).The subject of the application is an instrument for measuring the difference in distance between the axle hub face or the bearing inner ring flange face and the inner face of the rim or rim of a rimless wheel on either side of a wheel set with unmounted or fitted bearing inner rings.
