Korzystnie emetyna występuje w zakresie stężeń 0,001 - 1 μg/ml, a emetyna w stężeniu 0,1 μg/ml.The subject of the application is a medicinal composition for the treatment of neoplasms, in particular breast cancer, which contains an effective concentration of doxorubicin having an anti-neoplastic effect and an effective concentration of emetin producing a synergistic effect. Preferably, emetine is present in a concentration range of 0.001-1 µg / ml and emetine is in a concentration range of 0.1 µg / ml.
