Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do dozowania rękawic jednorazowych, zwłaszcza foliowych, wykonanych w postaci perforowanej taśmy nośnej oraz sposób dozowania rękawic jednorazowych w postaci perforowanej taśmy z wykorzystaniem tego urządzenia. Urządzenie charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera bęben nawijający dolny (8) oraz bęben nawijający górny zamocowane obrotowo wewnątrz obudowy (1), przy czym otwór dozujący (48) jest na jednej z pionowych ścianek obudowy (1), a bęben nawijający dolny (8) jest poniżej otworu dozującego (48), zaś bęben nawijający górny jest powyżej tego otworu dozującego (48), natomiast wewnątrz obudowy (1). Pomiędzy bębnem nawijającym dolnym (8) a otworem dozującym (48) jest rolka pomocnicza dolna (14), a pomiędzy bębnem nawijającym górnym a otworem dozującym (48) jest rolka pomocnicza górna (15). Każda z tych rolek pomocniczych (14 i 15) ma na swojej powierzchni roboczej dwa rzędy palcowych występów (32) rozmieszczonych w równych odstępach, a ponadto wewnątrz obudowy (1) pomiędzy otworem dozującym (48) a rolką pomocniczą dolną (14) jest pozioma płyta (49), która na jednej swojej krawędzi jest zamocowana do obudowy (1), od strony otworu dozującego (48), zaś krawędź tej płyty (49) przeciwległa do krawędzi zamocowanej do obudowy (1), jest oddalona od ścianki obudowy (1) przeciwległej do ścianki, na której jest otwór dozujący (48), natomiast szerokość tej płyty (49) mierzona pomiędzy jej krawędziami sąsiadującymi z krawędzią zamocowaną do obudowy (1) jest mniejsza od odległości pomiędzy rzędami występów (32) na rolkach pomocniczych (14 i 15) a walcowa powierzchnia robocza rolki pomocniczej dolnej (14) jest bezpośrednio pod tą płytą (49) zaś wierzchołki występów (32) rolki pomocniczej dolnej (14) w położeniu prostopadłym do powierzchni płyty (49) są wystające powyżej tej powierzchni.The subject of the application is a device for dispensing disposable gloves, especially foil ones, made in the form of a perforated carrier tape and a method for dispensing disposable gloves in the form of a perforated tape with the use of this device. The device is characterized in that it comprises a lower winding drum (8) and an upper winding drum rotatably mounted inside the housing (1), the dosing opening (48) being on one of the vertical walls of the housing (1), and the lower winding drum (8) is below the dispensing opening (48) and the upper winding drum is above this dispensing opening (48) while inside the housing (1). Between the lower winding drum (8) and the dosing opening (48) there is a lower auxiliary roller (14), and between the upper winding drum and the dosing opening (48) there is an upper auxiliary roller (15). Each of these auxiliary rollers (14 and 15) has two rows of equally spaced finger projections (32) on its working surface, and furthermore, inside the housing (1) between the dispensing opening (48) and the lower auxiliary roller (14) is a horizontal plate (49), which on one of its edges is attached to the housing (1) on the side of the dispensing opening (48), and the edge of this plate (49) opposite to the edge attached to the housing (1) is remote from the wall of the housing (1) opposite to the wall on which the dispensing opening (48) is located, while the width of this plate (49) measured between its edges adjacent to the edge attached to the housing (1) is smaller than the distance between the rows of projections (32) on the auxiliary rollers (14 and 15) ) and the cylindrical working surface of the lower auxiliary roller (14) is directly below this plate (49) and the tops of the projections (32) of the lower auxiliary roller (14) in a position perpendicular to the surface of the plate (49) protrude above this surface .
