Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania litego kompozytu poliuretanowego zawierającego biomasę i lity kompozyt poliuretanowy wytworzony tym sposobem oraz sposób wytwarzania spienionego kompozytu poliuretanowego zawierającego biomasę i spieniony kompozyt poliuretanowy wytworzony tym sposobem. Sposób wytwarzania litego kompozytu poliuretanowego zawierającego biomasę według wynalazku, utworzonego z warstwy poliuretanu otrzymanego z oligomerów, wieloizocjanianów, przedłużaczy, katalizatorów. Sposób wytwarzania charakteryzuje się tym, że na nośnik nakłada się warstwę poliuretanu zawierającego biomasę, przy czym nakładana warstwa poliuretanu zawierająca biomasę ma grubość od 50 µm do 300 µm, następnie suszy się w komorze suszenia w temperaturze od 80°C do 150°C przez 1 do 180 minut, a na wysuszoną warstwę poliuretanu zawierającego biomasę nanosi się kolejną warstwę poliuretanu o grubości od 300 do 1500 µm, na którą nakłada się materiał powierzchniowy, a następnie walcuje się na walcach, a po walcowaniu wygrzewa się w komorze wygrzewania w temperaturze od 80°C do 150°C przez 1 do 180 minut, a następnie oddziela się nośnik.
