Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania prefabrykowanych betonowych płyt drogowych drenażowych o zwiększonej wytrzymałości składający się z przygotowania formy, produkcji mieszanek betonowych w wytwórni betonu, transportu, układania i zagęszczanie mieszanki betonowej w formie, badania mieszanki betonowej na stanowisku formowania elementu przed układaniem, zacieranie elementu, nadawanie faktury elementu, rozformowanie elementu, procesu dojrzewania wstępnego w kontrolowanych warunkach wilgotności i temperatury oraz w atmosferze z możliwością wykorzystania CO<sub>2</sub> w celu przyspieszenia utwardzania elementów, hydrofobizacja lub impregnacja czyli nanoszenie na powierzchnię warstwy licowej preparatów zabezpieczających tj. zwiększających odporność powierzchni na działanie czynników eksploatacyjnych i atmosferycznych, magazynowanie, transport na plac budowy. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że mieszanka betonowa w miejsce żwiru 2/8 w ilości 10% objętości jest zastąpiona kruszywem sztucznym z odpadów PET w ilości 20 kg/m<sup>3</sup>, oraz zbrojenie ciągłe stosowane w tradycyjnych rozwiązaniach płyt drogowych, zostało częściowo (w 45%) zastąpione konstrukcyjnym polimerowym zbrojeniem rozproszonym. Sposobu wytwarzania prefabrykowanych betonowych płyt drogowych drenażowych umożliwił uzyskanie ich zwiększonej wytrzymałości, a w konsekwencji wydłuży czas eksploatacji i użytkowania obiektów z nich wykonanych.The subject of the application is a method of producing prefabricated concrete road drainage plates with increased strength, consisting of preparation of the form, production of concrete mixtures in the concrete factory, transport, laying and compaction of the concrete mix in the mold, testing of the concrete mix at the element forming station before laying, troweling the element, broadcasting element texture, demoulding of the element, the process of pre-maturing in controlled conditions of humidity and temperature and in the atmosphere with the possibility of using CO <sub> 2 </sub> to accelerate the hardening of elements, hydrophobization or impregnation, i.e. applying protective preparations to the surface of the facing layer, i.e. increasing surface resistance to operational and weather conditions, storage, transport to the construction site. The method is characterized by the fact that the concrete mix, instead of gravel 2/8 in the amount of 10% of the volume, is replaced with artificial aggregate made of PET waste in the amount of 20 kg / m <sup> 3 </sup>, and the continuous reinforcement used in traditional solutions for road slabs has been partially (in 45%) replaced by structural polymer dispersed reinforcement. The method of manufacturing prefabricated concrete drainage road slabs made it possible to obtain their increased strength and, consequently, extend the service life and use of objects made of them.
