Abstract

Klipsownica laparoskopowa do zakładania klipsów chirurgicznych na strukturach tkankowych obejmująca rękojeść, trzon zintegrowany z rękojeścią, szczęki zamocowane na końcu trzonu, dźwignię spustową zamocowaną obrotowo względem rękojeści, zespół cięgna sprzęgający ruchowo dźwignię spustową i szczęki, przy czym zespół cięgna przebiega zgodnie z osią wzdłużną trzonu, przy czym dla początkowego położenia dźwigni spustowej szczęki zajmują położenie początkowe rozwarte, charakteryzuje się tym, że jest wyposażona w mechanizm zmiany położenia początkowego (7) dźwigni spustowej (2), który obejmuje pierwszy element oporowy i drugi element oporowy, które są przestawne, przy czym dźwignia spustowa (2) jest wyposażona w trzeci element oporowy, który pozostaje w kontakcie z pierwszym elementem oporowym lub drugim elementem oporowym, gdy szczęki (5) znajdują się w położeniu początkowym.
