Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest układ tonometru bezkontaktowego do pomiaru ciśnienia wewnątrzgałkowego metodą bezkontaktową, przy czym układ tonometru zawiera komorę kompresyjną (03) z czujnikiem ciśnienia (08), generator impulsu aplanacyjnego zbudowany z napędzanego siłownikiem elektrycznym (06) tłoka (05A) poruszającego się w cylindrze (05), detektora sygnału aplanacyjnego (01) w skład którego wchodzi źródło światła (09) i detektor wiązki odbitej (10) od rogówki badanego oka (21), zespołu fiksatora (02), kamery (22, 23) dojazdowej i podglądu badanego oka, elektronicznego układu sterującego (04), który kontroluje pracę układu tonometru, oblicza wartość ciśnienia wewnątrzgałkowego i wyświetla wyniki pomiaru na wyświetlaczu (25), przy czym układ charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera ponadto: umieszczony pomiędzy generatorem impulsu aplanacyjnego i komorą kompresyjną zawór (07) o co najmniej dwóch położeniach, sterowany przez elektroniczny układ sterujący (04) w taki sposób, że w jednym z położeń możliwy jest przepływ powietrza pomiędzy generatorem impulsu aplanacyjnego (05, 05A, 06) i komorą kompresyjną (03), a w drugim jego położeniu przepływ powietrza pomiędzy generatorem impulsu aplanacyjnego (05, 05A, 06) i komorą kompresyjną (03) jest niemożliwy. Układ tonometru może dodatkowo zawierać sterowaną pompę powietrza (24), która utrzymuje w komorze kompresyjnej (03) ciśnienie powietrza wyższe od ciśnienia powietrza na zewnątrz komory kompresyjnej.
