Abstract

Uzyskaną mieszaninę formuje się, zagęszcza, a następnie utwardza się ją.The subject of the application is a geopolymer which contains from 60 wt. up to 70 wt.% % fly ash, from 25 wt. % up to 39 wt.% glass cullet and from 1 wt. up to 5 wt.% iron dust. The application also covers a geopolymer production method which is carried out so that the fly ash is ground and screened. The glass cullet is then crushed and screened, and the iron waste is successively crushed and the iron dust obtained is screened. % From 60 wt. up to 70 wt.% fly ash with a particle size of at most 100 µm, from 25 wt. % up to 39 wt.% glass cullet with a particle size of at most 50 µm and from 1 wt. up to 5 wt.% Ferric dust with a particle size of 50 µm or less is premixed with each other. To this mixture of dry ingredients is added a base solution in a weight ratio of this base solution to a 1: 3 mixture of dry ingredients, and water in a weight ratio of water to a 1: 3 mixture of dry ingredients is added. The ingredients are mixed under dynamic conditions. The resulting mixture is molded, compacted and then hardened.
