Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest mieszanina związków saponinowych i sposób otrzymywania frakcji saponinowych oraz zastosowanie mieszaniny. Wynalazek polega na tym, że zielone części roślin Ilex aquifolium odmian Alaska, Golden van Tol, Ferox Argentea albo Ilex mesereveae odmiany Blue Angel lub Golden Girl poddaje się ekstracji, w wyniku której otrzymuje się mieszaninę zawierającą na 100 g suchej masy kudinosid N od 0,177 do 0,41 g, matesaponina 3 od 0,163 do 0,395 g, latifolosidu L od 0,232 do 0,457 g, ilexosid XV od 0,235 do 0,555 g. Mieszanina saponin wpływa korzystnie na regulację gospodarki lipidowej organizmu.The subject of the application is a mixture of saponin compounds and the method of obtaining saponin fractions as well as the use of the mixture. The invention is based on the fact that the green parts of Ilex aquifolium plants of Alaska, Golden van Tol, Ferox Argentea or Ilex mesereveae of the cultivar Blue Angel or Golden Girl are extracted into a mixture containing, per 100 g dry weight, kudinosid N from 0.177 to 0.41 g, matesaponin 3 from 0.163 to 0.395 g, latifolosid L from 0.232 to 0.457 g, ilexosid XV from 0.235 to 0.555 g. The mixture of saponins has a positive effect on the regulation of the lipid metabolism of the organism.
