Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest trudnopalna kompozycja żywic termoutwardzalnych zawierająca mieszankę składnika I oraz składnika II, przy czym składnik I zawiera: komponent A w ilości 85 - 90% wagowych składnika I, zawierający w swoim składzie: co najmniej 45% wagowych co najmniej jednej żywicy epoksydowej bromowanej o zawartości bromu w zakresie 46 - 52% wagowych w przeliczeniu na całkowitą masę żywicy epoksydowej bromowanej, komponent B w ilości 10 - 15% wagowych składnika I, który stanowi uniepalniacz ciekły w temperaturze pokojowej zawierający w swoim składzie przynajmniej jeden organiczny: alifatyczny i/lub aromatyczny i/lub aromatyczno-alifatyczny fosforan (V) i/lub forsforan (III) i/lub fosfonian, o liczbie kwasowej komponentu B maksymalnie do 8 mg KOH/g i lepkości komponentu B maksymalnie do 300 mPas; natomiast wspomniany składnik Il zawiera: komponent C, który stanowi aminowy utwardzacz utajony w postaci 2-metyloimidazolu i/lub 2-etyloimidazolu, w łącznej ilości utwardzacza utajonego 1 - 5 części wagowych na 100 części wagowych wszystkich żywic epoksydowych komponentu A. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest także sposób wytwarzania powyższej kompozycji żywic termoutwardzalnych, prepreg w postaci włókien oraz materiał kompozytowy.The subject of the application is a flame-retardant thermosetting resin composition containing a blend of component I and component II, component I containing: component A in an amount of 85 - 90% by weight of component I, containing in its composition: at least 45% by weight of at least one brominated epoxy resin with bromine content in the range of 46 - 52% by weight based on the total weight of brominated epoxy resin, component B in the amount of 10 - 15% by weight of component I, which is a liquid flame retardant at room temperature, containing at least one organic: aliphatic and / or aromatic and / or an aromatic-aliphatic phosphate (V) and / or phosphate (III) and / or phosphonate, with an acid number of component B up to a maximum of 8 mg KOH / g and a viscosity of component B up to a maximum of 300 mPas; while said component II comprises: component C, which is an amine latent hardener in the form of 2-methylimidazole and / or 2-ethylimidazole, in a total amount of latent hardener 1-5 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of all component A epoxy resins. a method for producing the above thermosetting resin composition, a fiber prepreg, and a composite material.
