Abstract

Zintegrowany system prefabrykowany do budownictwa pasywnego obejmujący sposób wykonywania konstrukcji murowej fundamentu, ścian i stropów oraz nadproży i podokienników z elementów budowlanych w postaci pustaków, charakteryzuje się tym, że system obejmuje nie mniej niż trzy węzły z których pierwszy węzeł systemu stanowi pustak fundamentowy (1) z pustakiem cokołowym (2) izolowanym, drugi węzeł obejmuje pustak ścienny (3) izolowany w połączeniu z pustakiem nadproża (8) izolowanym, trzecim węzłem systemu jest pustak ścienny (3) izolowany z pustakiem wieńcowym (9) izolowanym, a czwartym węzłem jest pustak wieńcowy (9) izolowany z pustakiem prefabrykowanym stropowym (11) modułowym, przy czym konstrukcja murowa ściany wykonana jest na zasadzie układanych na sucho klocków z pustaków ściennych (3) izolowanych wykonanych z lekkiego betonu zawierających wkładkę (4) z materiału izolacyjnego osadzoną wewnątrz jego objętości, a pustaki stropowe (11) prefabrykowane modułowe mają wbudowane zbrojenie zalane do określonej wysokości jego wnętrza oraz elementy izolacyjne stanowiące zakończenie w postaci dekla, ponadto system w otworze okna (20) posiada podokiennik (7) wykonany z materiału izolacyjnego.The integrated prefabricated system for passive construction including the method of making the masonry structure of the foundation, walls and ceilings as well as lintels and window sills from building elements in the form of hollow bricks, characterized by the fact that the system includes no less than three nodes, the first node of which is a foundation block (1) with an insulated hollow block (2), the second node includes an insulated wall block (3) in conjunction with an insulated lintel block (8), the third node of the system is a wall block (3) insulated with an insulated coronary block (9), and the fourth node is a hollow block ring beam (9) insulated with a modular prefabricated ceiling block (11), while the masonry structure of the wall is made of dry-laid blocks of insulated wall blocks (3) made of lightweight concrete containing an insert (4) of insulating material embedded inside its volume and the prefabricated modular floor blocks (11) have embedded reinforcement z adjusted to a specific height of its interior and insulation elements terminating in the form of a lid, moreover, the system in the window opening (20) has a window sill (7) made of insulating material.
