Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest układ urządzeń do akumulacji ciepła nadmiarowego w naturalnej warstwie wodoprzepuszczalnej oraz do jego odzysku, którego zasadniczym elementem jest napełniony wodą akumulator (1) ciepła, stanowiący zamknięty obszar, wydzielony z warstwy wodoprzepuszczalnej (2), zawierający wykonaną w tym obszarze co najmniej jedną studnię wydobywczą (8) i co najmniej jedną studnię zrzutową (8) oraz instalację umożliwiającą wydobycie i zrzut wody oraz odbiór i dostarczenie ciepła nadmiarowego do akumulatora (1) ciepła poprzez wymiennik ciepła, a także instalację, zapewniającą kontrolę temperatury i poziomu wody w akumulatorze (1) ciepła oraz automatyzację i optymalizację procesu magazynowania i poboru ciepła nadmiarowego.
