Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest podłoże ceramiczne dla układów mikrofalowych i terahercowych na bazie boranu miedzi oraz sposób wytwarzania tego podłoża. Przedmiotowe podłoże stanowi kształtka z boranu miedzi CuB<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub> i/lub Cu<sub>2</sub>B<sub>2</sub>O<sub>5</sub>. Podłoże to może zawierać do 8% wagowych jednego z dodatków obniżających temperaturę spiekania, korzystnie CuBi<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub>, AlF<sub>3</sub>-CaB<sub>4</sub>O<sub>7</sub> lub Li<sub>2</sub>WO<sub>4</sub>. Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest też sposób wytwarzania ceramicznego podłoża. W sposobie wytwarzania ceramicznego podłoża najpierw sporządza się mieszaninę tlenku miedzi CuO i kwasu borowego H<sub>3</sub>BO<sub>3</sub>, po czym  uzyskany w wyniku reakcji proszek zawierający jeden z boranów miedzi CuB<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub> i/lub Cu<sub>2</sub>B<sub>2</sub>O<sub>5</sub> miele się w młynku kulowym przez 5 - 8 h. Do uzyskanego proszku dodaje się 1% wagowy alkoholu poliwinylowego w postaci 3% roztworu wodnego. Z uzyskanego granulatu prasuje się kształtki, które spieka się w temp. 860 - 960°C przez 2 — 4 godzin.
