Wynalazek rozwiązuje zagadnienie obejmy rury, zwłaszcza kominowej. Charakteryzuje się on tym, że ma cylindryczną opaskę na rurę, ze ściskającą klamrą. Ma co najmniej dwa zespoły stabilizujące rurę zawierające wystające sprężyste pręty do opierania się o ścianę wewnętrzną komina, za pośrednictwem zespołów trzymających (6). Zespoły trzymające (6) są w postaci dwóch par kotew usytuowanych prostopadle w stosunku do siebie i mających po dwa usytuowane względem siebie pod kątem ostrym płaskowniki (8).
