Abstract

Skrzydło drzwi z ukrytymi uchwytami składające się z połaci zewnętrznej i wewnętrznej w postaci metalowych płycin, ramy tworzącej obrzeża skrzydła umieszczonej między połaciami oraz wypełnienia izolacyjnego, charakteryzuje się tym, że co najmniej połać zewnętrzna utworzona jest z blaszanych, prostokątnych elementów pionowych (1.1) i (1.2) i poziomych, połączonych ze sobą tak, że na zewnątrz skrzydła elementy te tworzą płaską powierzchnię, zaś w miejscach łączenia są zagięte do wnętrza skrzydła, przy czym sąsiadujące ze sobą elementy pionowe (1.1) i (1.2) są kilkukrotnie zagięte tworząc zagłębienie (5) w skrzydle i co najmniej jeden uchwyt (6) na całej długości tych elementów. Sposób wytwarzania skrzydła drzwi z ukrytymi uchwytami polegający na wykonaniu korpusu skrzydła z wykorzystaniem połaci skrzydła, ramy skrzydła i materiału izolacyjnego umieszczonego między połaciami charakteryzuje się tym, że kolejno wykonuje się następujące czynności: wycina się z arkusza blachy i formuje elementy pionowe (1.1) i (1.2) i poziome połaci zewnętrznej skrzydła zgodnie z zastrzeżeniem oraz formuje się połać wewnętrzną (2) z jednego arkusza blachy; łączy się ze sobą elementy pionowe (1.1) i (1.2) i poziome połaci zewnętrznej skrzydła zgodnie z wynalazkiem; montuje się belki ramy (3) skrzydła; montuje się połać wewnętrzną skrzydła; wypełnia się znanym sposobem materiałem izolacyjnym pustą przestrzeń pomiędzy połaciami.A door leaf with hidden handles, consisting of an external and internal sheet in the form of metal panels, a frame forming the perimeter of the leaf placed between the roofs, and an insulation filling, characterized by the fact that at least the external surface is made of sheet, rectangular vertical elements (1.1) and ( 1.2) and horizontal ones, connected with each other so that on the outside of the leaf, these elements form a flat surface, and in the places of connection they are bent towards the inside of the leaf, while the adjacent vertical elements (1.1) and (1.2) are bent several times to form a recess ( 5) in the sash and at least one handle (6) along the entire length of these elements. The method of manufacturing a door leaf with hidden handles, consisting in making the leaf body with the use of the leaf roof, leaf frame and insulation material placed between the roofs, is characterized by the following steps: cut out of the sheet metal and form vertical elements (1.1) and ( 1.2) and the horizontal outer wing of the wing according to the claim and the inner wing (2) is formed from a single sheet of metal; joining together the vertical elements (1.1) and (1.2) and the horizontal outer leaf plane according to the invention; the frame beams (3) of the sash are mounted; the inner sash is mounted; the empty space between the slopes is filled with a known insulating material.
