Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia są wkładki termoizolacyjne do likwidacji mostków termicznych w ścianach wykonanych z bloczków, przeznaczone są zwłaszcza do wykorzystania przy murowaniu ścian z bloczków silikatowych lub bloczków z betonu komórkowego. Wkładki (1, 1', 1") mają postać trwale ze sobą połączonych pobocznicami w wiązki rurek o przekroju poprzecznym w kształcie okręgu i/lub dowolnego wielokąta, przy czym średnica przekroju poprzecznego każdej okrągłej rurki, bądź maksymalny wymiar przekroju poprzecznego rurki w kształcie wielokąta mieści się w zakresie 2 - 7 mm, a rurki wykonane są z materiału elastycznego i sprężystego, przy czym zarys przekroju poprzecznego wkładki (1, 1', 1") jest zbliżony do przekroju poprzecznego każdego wypełnianego odpowiednią wkładką (1, 1', 1") otworu w bloczku (2) lub otworu utworzonego przez dwa sąsiadujące ze sobą bloczki (2) tak, że każdy wymiar przekroju poprzecznego obrysu wkładki (1, 1', 1"), stanowi 97 — 120% odpowiadającego mu wymiarowi otworu i/lub jest odkształcalny mięśniami dłoni do kształtu i wymiaru wypełnianego otworu, a wysokość wiązki nie przekracza wysokości wypełnianego otworu w bloczku (2).The subject of the application are thermal insulation inserts for the elimination of thermal bridges in walls made of blocks, they are intended especially for use in building walls made of silicate blocks or cellular concrete blocks. The inserts (1, 1 ', 1 ") are in the form of pipes permanently connected to each other by their sides in bundles of circular and / or any polygonal cross-section, with the diameter of the cross-section of each round tube, or the maximum dimension of the cross-section of the polygonal tube is in the range of 2 - 7 mm, and the tubes are made of flexible and elastic material, with the cross-sectional outline of the insert (1, 1 ', 1 ") similar to the cross-section of each filled with an appropriate insert (1, 1', 1 ") an opening in the block (2) or an opening formed by two adjacent blocks (2) so that each dimension of the cross-sectional contour of the insert (1, 1 ', 1") is 97 - 120% of the corresponding dimension of the opening and / or it is deformable with the muscles of the hand to the shape and size of the hole to be filled, and the beam height does not exceed the height of the hole to be filled in the block (2).
