Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest mikroprzepływowe laboratorium hodowlane. Przeznaczone jest ono do prowadzenia hodowli mikrobiologicznych oraz nowotworowych. Laboratorium składa się z dwóch podłoży szklanych, dolnego (7) i górnego (6), przy czym w dolnym (7) podłożu wytrawione są dwie równoległe komory hodowlane — komora mokra (2) do prowadzenia hodowli, oraz komora gazowa (4) do doprowadzania gazu hodowlanego i jednocześnie hodowli, które są ze sobą połączone co najmniej jednym kanałem łączącym (5) wykonanym w podłożu górnym (6), ponadto na końcach każdej z komór znajdują się otwory do doprowadzania gazu (3) i pożywki (1).The subject of the invention is a microflow breeding laboratory. It is intended for microbiological and cancer cultures. The laboratory consists of two glass substrates, lower (7) and upper (6), where in the lower substrate (7) two parallel cultivation chambers are etched - a wet chamber (2) for cultivation, and a gas chamber (4) for feeding the culture gas and at the same time the culture, which are connected to each other by at least one connecting channel (5) made in the upper substrate (6), moreover, at the ends of each of the chambers there are openings for supplying gas (3) and the medium (1).
