Abstract

Banderola w postaci pasa materiału z nadrukiem wykonana jest z papieru (1) z nadrukiem (2) wykonanym farbami wodorozcieńczalnymi oraz posiada warstwę klejącą (3). Warstwę klejącą (3) stanowi klej aktywowany termicznie. Warstwa klejąca (3) znajduje się na części pasa papieru (1). Banderola co najmniej z jednej strony posiada warstwę lakieru (4) wykonaną lakierem wodorozcieńczalnym. Banderola posiada z obu stron warstwy lakieru (4) wykonane lakierem wodorozcieńczalnym. Sposób wytwarzania banderol polega na tym, że z rolki odwija się papier (1), wykonuje się nadruk (2) farbami wodorozcieńczalnymi i nakłada się warstwę klejącą (3). Warstwę klejącą (3) nakłada się miejscowo w stałych odstępach odpowiadających długości banderoli. Taśmę papierową (1) z nadrukiem (2) pokrywa się co najmniej z jednej strony warstwą lakieru wodorozcieńczalnego (4). Warstwę lakieru (4) nanosi się z obu stron. The paper strip (1) with the print (2) is covered on at least one side with a layer of water-borne varnish (4). The coat of varnish (4) is applied on both sides. Before cutting, the bands are dried using a heater.
