Abstract
The subject of the application is the strain Pseudomonas sp. ANT_H12B deposited in the Polish Collection of Microorganisms (PCM) of the Institute of Immunology and Experimental Therapy of the Polish Academy of Sciences under number B/00321. The application also covers compositions for soil bioaugmentation containing the strain Pseudomonas sp. of the Polish Academy of Sciences under the number B/00322 and/or Bacillus sp. ANT_WA51 deposited in the Polish Collection of Microorganisms (PCM) of the Institute of Immunology and Experimental Therapy of the Polish Academy of Sciences under the number B/00320. The subject of the application is the use of strains to promote plant growth, increase plant biomass, protect plants against pathogens and increase the bioavailability of iron in the soil. The application also includes a method of soil bioaugmentation, in which the soil is inoculated with the psychotolerant strain Pseudomonas sp. PCM) of the Institute of Immunology and Experimental Therapy of the Polish Academy of Sciences under the number B/00322 and/or Bacillus sp. ANT_WA51 deposited in the Polish Collection of Microorganisms (PCM) of the Institute of Immunology and Experimental Therapy of the Polish Academy of Sciences under the number B/00320.
