Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest podeszwa z poliuretanu wykonanego z systemu poliuretanowego będącego mieszaniną poliolu, izocyjanianu, katalizatora, oraz dodatków technologicznych. Poliuretan zawiera do 10% masowych glikolizatu. Wynalazek dotyczy również sposobu wytwarzania podeszwy z poliuretanu. Zgodnie z wynalazkiem poliol miesza się z rozpuszczonym glikolizatem wykonanym z odpadowej obuwniczej pianki poliuretanowej, po czym tę mieszaninę poliolu z glikolizatem stosuje się do wytworzenia poliuretanu według wybranego systemu poliuretanowego. Glikolizat dodaje się do poliolu w ilości nie przekraczającej 10% masowych w ogólnej masie uzyskanego poliuretanu.The subject of the invention is a polyurethane sole made of a polyurethane system which is a mixture of polyol, isocyanate, catalyst and technological additives. Polyurethane contains up to 10% by weight of glycolysate. The invention also relates to a method for producing a polyurethane sole. According to the invention, a polyol is mixed with a dissolved glycolysate made from waste polyurethane shoe foam, after which this polyol-glycolysate mixture is used to produce a polyurethane according to the selected polyurethane system. The glycolysate is added to the polyol in an amount not exceeding 10% by mass in the total mass of the polyurethane obtained.
