Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania pigmentów żelazowych z odpadu po produkcji bieli tytanowej metodą siarczanową, zdeponowanego na składowisku, według wynalazku, wykorzystujący utlenianie, filtrowanie, który charakteryzuje się tym, że odpadowy FeSO<sub>4</sub> • 7H<sub>2</sub>O rozpuszcza się w 10% kwasie siarkowym (VI), który dodaje się w ilości 5 - 10% masowych, roztwór wiruje się, zatęża w temperaturze 60 - 70°C, a następnie krystalizuje chłodząc w temperaturze 5 - 10°C i separuje się kryształy od filtratu. Po rekrystalizacji do oczyszczonej soli dodaje się stechiometryczną ilość kwasu siarkowego (VI) i czynnik utleniający w ilości stechiometrycznej i prowadzi się proces utleniania. Następnie dodaje się zasadowy roztwór do uzyskania pH pomiędzy 8 a 10 strącając wodorotlenek żelaza (III). Otrzymaną zawiesinę miesza się przez 15 minut, a następnie umieszcza się ją w reaktorze mikrofalowym i prowadzi się reakcję w zakresie ciśnień od 10 do 30 barów i czasie od 0,5 godziny do 2 godzin. Po czym mieszaninę filtruje się, przemywa i suszy otrzymując pigment żelazowy.The subject of the application is a method of producing iron pigments from waste after the production of titanium white using the sulphate method, deposited in a landfill, according to the invention, using oxidation, filtering, characterized in that the waste FeSO<sub>4</sub> • 7H<sub>2 </sub>O is dissolved in 10% sulfuric acid (VI), which is added in the amount of 5 - 10% by weight, the solution is centrifuged, concentrated at 60 - 70°C, and then crystallized by cooling at 5 - 10° C and the crystals are separated from the filtrate. After recrystallization, a stoichiometric amount of sulfuric acid (VI) and a stoichiometric amount of an oxidizing agent are added to the purified salt and the oxidation process is carried out. A basic solution is then added to bring the pH between 8 and 10 precipitating iron (III) hydroxide. The suspension obtained is stirred for 15 minutes and then placed in a microwave reactor and reacted at pressures ranging from 10 to 30 bar and for 0.5 to 2 hours. The mixture is then filtered, washed and dried to give an iron pigment.
