Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób zagospodarowania łusek ziaren kawy, który charakteryzuje się tym, że łuski ziaren kawy poddaje się prasowaniu z siłą nacisku w zakresie 2-120 kN, w temperaturze 50 - 250°C, w czasie co najmniej 5 minut. Następnie tak otrzymaną płytę, po ochłodzeniu, tnie się na paski otrzymując podpałkę do rozpalania. Korzystnie, przed prasowaniem do łusek ziaren kawy dodaje się, w ilości od 10 do 50% masy podpałki, spoiwo hydrofobowe. Jako spoiwo hydrofobowe stosuje się węglowodory nasycone zawierające 14 - 18 atomów węgla w łańcuchu, takie jak stearyna i lub parafina i lub wosk sojowy i/lub wosk palmowy i lub wosk pszczeli.The subject of the application is a method of managing coffee bean hulls, which is characterized in that the coffee bean hulls are pressed with a pressure in the range of 2-120 kN, at a temperature of 50 - 250°C, for at least 5 minutes. Then the plate thus obtained, after cooling, is cut into strips to obtain kindling for kindling. Preferably, a hydrophobic binder is added to the coffee bean husks before pressing, in an amount of 10 to 50% of the weight of the firelighter. Saturated hydrocarbons having 14-18 carbon atoms in the chain are used as the hydrophobic binder, such as stearin and or paraffin and or soy wax and/or palm wax and or beeswax.
