Abstract
Sprzęgło zawiera osłonę sprzęgła (3) połączoną z kołem zamachowym (2) oraz łożyskowane koncentrycznie względem siebie i współosiowo z wałem silnika wał wewnętrzny (7) i wał zewnętrzny (9). Na wałach osadzone są tarcze sprzęgłowe pierwsza (6) i druga (8), oraz usytuowana między nimi tarcza dociskowa (5). Obie tarcze sprzęgłowe (6, 8) objęte są poosiowo z zewnątrz przez cierne powierzchnie koła zamachowego (2) i tarczy oporowej (10) podpartej poosiowo o osłonę sprzęgła (3). Tarcze sprzęgłowe (6, 8) przenoszą napęd z wału silnika (1) na wybrany wał wewnętrzny (7) lub zewnętrzny (9) alternatywnie zaciskane siłownikiem (S) sterowanym ciśnieniem płynu. Tarcza dociskowa (5) jest suwliwie osadzona na wale wewnętrznym (7) poprzez cylinderek (19) tłokowego siłownika (S) dwustronnego działania. Tłok (18) siłownika (S) ma postać pierścienia odsadzonego z wału wewnętrznego (7) i po obu stronach wydziela dwie komory (A i B), połączone z głowicą zasilającą (30) przez kanały (20, 21) prowadzone wzdłuż wału wewnętrznego (7). Tarcza oporowa (10) opiera się o osłonę sprzęgła (3) przez zespół regulacji luzu poosiowego (R).
