Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest kompozycja do wytwarzania sztywnej pianki poliuretanowej o polepszonych właściwościach mechanicznych, na bazie poliolu, która zawiera oprócz poliolu 4,4'-diizocyjanian difenylometanu, katalizatory, w tym oktanian potasu oraz octan potasu rozpuszczony w poliglikolu, środek powierzchniowo-czynny, wodę, mieszaninę pentanu i cyklopentanu oraz napełniacz w postaci zmielonych łupin orzecha włoskiego, ewentualnie dodatkowo zmodyfikowanych perlitem, montmorylonitem lub haloizytem.The subject of the application is a composition for the production of a rigid polyurethane foam with improved mechanical properties, based on a polyol, which contains, apart from the polyol, 4,4'-diphenylmethane diisocyanate, catalysts, including potassium octoate and potassium acetate dissolved in polyglycol, a surfactant, water, a mixture of pentane and cyclopentane and a filler in the form of ground walnut shells, optionally additionally modified with pearlite, montmorillonite or halloysite.
