Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do dokręcania połączeń śrubowych górniczej obudowy korytarzowej mechanizujące montaż oraz demontaż połączeń śrubowych elementów tej obudowy z regulowanym momentem dokręcenia. Urządzenie do dokręcania połączeń śrubowych górniczej obudowy korytarzowej o więcej niż jednym wrzecionie roboczym ma dwa wrzeciona robocze (6) i (7) zamocowane obrotowo na panewkach łożyskujących (25) osadzonych w zachodzących na siebie obrotowo wokół osi napędowego koła zębatego (1) segmentach kadłuba odpowiednio (5) i (4) a na wrzecionach (6) i (7) zamocowane są obrotowo koła zębate (2) i (3) zazębione w sposób stały z centralnym napędowym kołem zębatym (1) umocowanym centrycznie nieobrotowo na wale napędowym silnika (26) przy czym oś wału silnika (26) jest równoległa do osi wrzecion roboczych (6) i (7) i na roboczych (6) i (7), po obu stronach kół zębatych odpowiednio (2) i (3), zamocowane są centrycznie przesuwnie nieobrotowo tarcze sprzęgłowe (10) i (11) dociskane do bocznych powierzchni kół zębatych za pomocą sprężyn (12).
