Abstract
Urządzenie do pomiaru siły magnetycznej, zwłaszcza magnesów cylindrycznych, posiadający obudowę i śruby charakteryzuje się tym, że składa się z podstawy (1) ułożonej horyzontalnie, na której pierwszym końcu znajduje się pierwszy wspornik (1a) z zamocowaną do niego horyzontalnie rurą (2) z materiału nieferromagnetycznego, zaś w środkowej części ścianki rury (2) od strony podstawy znajduje się kanał przelotowy, w którym umiejscowiony jest czujnik nacisku (3), zamocowana na podporze (1b) podstawy (1). Do drugiego końca podstawy (1) zamocowany jest rozłącznie drugi wspornik (4), do którego zamocowany jest drugi końcu rury (2). W rurze (2) od pierwszej strony znajduje się zamocowany do pierwszego wspornika czujnik siły (5), z zamocowanym do niego pierwszym końcem w sposób umożliwiający jego wychylenie trzpień (6) do którego drugiego końca zamocowany jest pierwszy magnes (7) spoczywający na czujniku nacisku (3). W drugim wsporniku (4) na wysokości wnętrza rury (2) znajduje się gwintowany otwór z wkręconą w niego pierwszą śrubą (8) znajdującą się w rurze (2), na końcu której zamocowany jest drugi magnes (9).A device for measuring magnetic force, especially cylindrical magnets, having a housing and screws, is characterized in that it consists of a horizontally oriented base (1), at the first end of which is a first support (1a) with a horizontally attached tube (2) with of non-ferromagnetic material, and in the central part of the pipe wall (2) from the base side there is a passageway in which the pressure sensor (3) is located, fixed on the support (1b) of the base (1). A second bracket (4) is detachably attached to the other end of the base (1), to which the other end of the pipe (2) is attached. In the pipe (2), from the first side, there is a force sensor (5) attached to the first bracket, with its first end secured to it in a way that allows it to pivot a pin (6) to the second end of which is attached the first magnet (7) resting on the pressure sensor. (3). In the second bracket (4), at the height of the inside of the pipe (2), there is a threaded hole with a first screw (8) screwed into it, located in the pipe (2), at the end of which a second magnet (9) is attached.
