Abstract

Zgrabiarka taśmowa do formowania pokosu z biomasy składająca się z układu zawieszenia, do której za pomocą ramienia wysięgnikowego jest zamocowane ramię centralnego zawieszenia, z zamocowaną do niego ramą główną, do której dalej zamocowana jest sekcja robocza zgrabiarki taśmowej, charakteryzuje się tym, że sekcja robocza składa się z podbieracza biomasy (8), który jest zamocowany do ramy głównej (7), do przekazywania biomasy na perforowany przenośnik taśmowy poprzeczny (10), przy czym perforowany przenośnik taśmowy poprzeczny (10) jest zamocowany w kierunku równoległym do ramy głównej (7) i równolegle do podbieracza biomasy (8), przy czym perforowany przenośnik taśmowy poprzeczny (10) zamocowany jest do ramy głównej (7) po przeciwległej stronie rzeczonej ramy głównej (7) względem podbieracza biomasy (8), dalej sekcja robocza zawiera przyspieszacz masy (9) z osią obrotu równoległą do osi obrotu podbieracza biomasy (8), przy czym przyspieszacz masy (9) zamocowany jest do ramy głównej powyżej podbieracza biomasy (8), i do ramy głównej (7) i do perforowanego przenośnika taśmowego poprzecznego (10) przeciwlegle do przyspieszacza masy (9) jest zamocowany wzdłużnie łukowaty ekran ażurowy (11), do odbierania podrzuconej biomasy, przy czym przyspieszacz masy (9) jest skonfigurowany do przesuwu względem podbieracza masy (8).A belt rake for forming swaths made of biomass, consisting of a suspension system to which the central suspension arm is attached by means of an extension arm, with a main frame attached to it, to which the working section of the belt rake is further attached, characterized in that the working section consists of consisting of a biomass pick-up (8) which is attached to the main frame (7) for transferring the biomass to a perforated cross conveyor belt (10), the perforated cross conveyor belt (10) being fixed in a direction parallel to the main frame (7) and parallel to the biomass pick-up (8), the perforated transverse belt conveyor (10) being attached to the main frame (7) on the opposite side of said main frame (7) to the biomass pick-up (8), further the working section comprises a mass accelerator (9 ) with the axis of rotation parallel to the axis of rotation of the biomass pick-up (8), while the mass accelerator (9) is attached to the main frame of the above the biomass pick-up (8), and to the main frame (7) and to the perforated transverse belt conveyor (10), opposite to the mass accelerator (9), a longitudinally arched openwork screen (11) is mounted, for collecting the tossed biomass, the mass accelerator ( 9) is configured to slide relative to the mass pick-up (8).
