Abstract

Czas procesu biosorpcji w którym dochodzi do kontaktu pomiędzy biomasą, a wodnym roztworem danej soli/mieszaninie soli powinien wynosić od 1,5 h do 3 h. Sposób i układ według wynalazku umożliwiają jednoczesne uzyskanie dwóch preparatów: produkt stały wzbogacona w mikroelementy biomasa roślinna oraz produkt płynny zawierający mikro- i makroelementy możliwy do użycia w rolnictwie w celu uzyskania biofortyfikacji roślin w mikroelementy. The invention relates to mineral preparations for use in agriculture, methods for obtaining and system for obtaining. The first preparation to be used is as a feed additive - a solid product which is an enriched obtained biomass. The second product obtained according to the invention, according to the method described above, is a liquid product to be used as a fertigation solution or a liquid fertilizer. The method according to the invention consists in the biosorption of Cu(II) and/or Zn(II) and/or Cr(III) and/or Fe(II) and/or Mn(II) and/or Co(II) ions into the preparation obtained using plant biomass. As a result of the process, waste of plant origin is enriched through the action of biosorption mechanisms. The time of the biosorption process in which the contact between the biomass and the aqueous solution of a given salt/salt mixture takes place should be from 1.5 h to 3 h. It is preferable to run the process for 2 h. The contact time is regulated by the solution flow rate from 10mL/s to 50mL/s. The whole process is carried out at a temperature of 5°C to 25°C. The method and system according to the invention enable simultaneous obtaining of two preparations: a solid product, plant biomass enriched with microelements, and a liquid product containing micro- and macroelements, which can be used in agriculture in order to obtain biofortification of plants with microelements.
