Abstract

Wynalazek dotyczy materiału wypełnieniowego do mieszanek stabilizowanych cementem składającego się z mieszanki tworzyw sztucznych i kruszywa, w której tworzywa sztuczne stanowią korzystnie odpady z tworzyw sztucznych niesegregowane, posiadające korzystnie kod odpadowy 191212, a kruszywo stanowi korzystnie granodioryt o uziarnieniu korzystnie od 0,001 do 2 mm. Równocześnie wynalazek dotyczy sposobu wytworzenia wyżej wskazanego materiału wypełnieniowego zawierający rozdrabnianie tworzyw sztucznych w temperaturze otoczenia do gęstości objętościowej rozdrobnionej mieszanki wynoszącej > 0,5 g/cm3, korzystnie 1,0 > < 3,0 g/cm3, mieszanie na mokro z kruszywem i suszenie. The invention relates to a filling material for cement-stabilized mixtures consisting of a mixture of plastics and aggregate, in which the plastics are preferably unsorted plastic waste, preferably having the waste code 191212, and the aggregate is preferably granodiorite with a grain size of preferably from 0.001 to 2 mm. At the same time, the invention relates to a method of producing the above-mentioned filling material comprising comminution of plastics at ambient temperature to a bulk density of the comminuted mixture of >0.5 g/cm3, preferably 1.0><3.0 g/cm 3, wet mixing with aggregate and drying. At the same time, the invention relates to a cement-bound mixture containing water, cement and filling material, characterized in that the filling material is a mixture of plastics and aggregate obtained according to the method above, preferably composed in a ratio of 1 to 30% by weight of plastics to aggregate, containing cement in an amount from 4% to 16% by weight in relation to the weight of the aggregate and water in the amount from 10% to 30% by weight in relation to the weight of the aggregate.
