Hybrydowy cieczowy panel solarny z płytą chłodzącą, którego część kolektorową stanowi płyta chłodząca (1) zawierająca uformowane ścieżki przepływu cieczy chłodzącej, obejmujące komorę wlotową (3), komorę wylotową (4) oraz strefę wymiany ciepła umieszczoną pomiędzy komorą wlotową (3) a komorą wylotową (4), zamknięte od góry płytą górną (2) charakteryzujący się tym, że strefa wymiany ciepła ma postać co najmniej jednego minikanału o wysokości h równej od 0,2 do 2 mm.
