Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest opryskiwacz sadowniczy z kierowanym strumieniem powietrza, zawierający ramę zakończoną obrotowym zaczepem, która jest wsparta z tyłu na osi z dwoma kołami jezdnymi, a z przodu jest wsparta zamocowaną do wspornika podporą, zaś na wsporniku osadzona jest pompa, która jest połączona poprzez wał wyjściowy pompy z przekładnią zębatą, przy czym do ramy zamocowane są podłużnice ramy, na których osadzony jest zbiornik cieczy opryskowej, z kolei w tylnej części ramy zamontowana jest przystawka wentylatorowa, przy czym kanał wylotowy z wentylatora jest połączony z kolektorem wylotowym, a wyloty z kolektora wylotowego są połączone z dyfuzorami poprzez przewody elastyczne; do ramy przystawki (14) zamocowane są pionowe kolumny przednie i pionowe kolumny tylne, które są połączone od góry poprzeczkami rurowymi zakończonymi obręczą, zaś pionowe kolumny przednie z przodu są połączone ze sobą za pomocą płyty, przy czym każdy wylot z kolektora wylotowego (27) jest wyposażony w głowicę przepustnicy (28).The subject of the application is an orchard sprayer with a directed air stream, containing a frame with a rotating hitch, which is supported at the rear on an axle with two road wheels, and at the front is supported by a support attached to a bracket, and a pump is mounted on the bracket, which is connected via an output shaft pump with a gear transmission, with frame longitudinal members attached to the frame, on which a spray liquid tank is mounted, and a fan attachment installed in the rear part of the frame, with the fan outlet duct connected to the outlet manifold, and the outlets from the outlet manifold they are connected to the diffusers by flexible ducts; the front vertical columns and the rear vertical columns are attached to the frame of the attachment (14), which are connected from above by tubular crossbars ended with a hoop, and the front vertical columns at the front are connected to each other by a plate, each outlet from the exhaust manifold (27) is equipped with a throttle head (28).
