Abstract

Zgłoszenie dotyczy zespołu wymiennika ciepła, do umieszczenia w płynie, zawierającego układ płaszczy (3), gdzie płaszcze (3) są ze sobą połączone płynowo i zamknięte na swych końcach, tworząc wspólnie komorę wymiany ciepła, zaś pomiędzy płaszczami znajdują się przestrzenie (3a) otwarte na ich końcach, przez które może swobodnie przepływać płyn, w którym wymiennik jest umieszczony, przy czym zespół zaopatrzony jest w środki doprowadzające (6, 7), do doprowadzania innego płynu do płaszczy (3), i w środki odprowadzające (8, 9, 10), do odprowadzania tego płynu z płaszczy (3). Zespół wymiennika charakteryzuje się tym, że zawiera centralny wał (11) obrotowo podparty na końcach, cylindryczną komorę (1) otaczającą wał (11), przy czym ta cylindryczna komora (1) jest trwale i hermetycznie zabudowana na wale (11) i obrotowa wraz z wałem (11), oraz wypełniona powietrzem, a także środki napędowe (100) do poruszania zespołem wymiennika, przy czym układ płaszczy (3) otacza cylindryczną komorę (1) i jest trwale zamocowany wokół niej i obrotowy wraz z wałem (11) i cylindryczną komorą (1), a ponadto wał (11), cylindryczna komora (1) i układ płaszczy (3) rozmieszczone są współśrodkowo.The application relates to a fluid heat exchanger unit comprising a system of jackets (3) where the jackets (3) are fluidly connected to each other and closed at their ends to form together a heat exchange chamber, and between the jackets there are open spaces (3a) at their ends, through which fluid can flow freely, in which the exchanger is located, the assembly being provided with supply means (6, 7), for supplying another fluid to the shells (3), and with discharge means (8, 9, 10 ), to drain this fluid from the jackets (3). The heat exchanger assembly is characterized in that it comprises a central shaft (11) rotatably supported at the ends, a cylindrical chamber (1) surrounding the shaft (11), the cylindrical chamber (1) being permanently and hermetically built on the shaft (11) and rotating with with a shaft (11) and filled with air, and driving means (100) for moving the exchanger assembly, the jacket system (3) surrounding the cylindrical chamber (1) and being fixedly fixed around it and rotating together with the shaft (11) and a cylindrical chamber (1), and furthermore a shaft (11), a cylindrical chamber (1) and a system of jackets (3) are arranged concentrically.
