Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest materiał do stosowania w chirurgicznych wypełnieniach oparty na poli(dimetylosiloksanie) (PDMS), odczynniku sieciującym i odpowiednim środku cytosymulującym, zestaw do wypełnień międzytkankowych, implant, zastosowanie materiału do wytwarzania implantu oraz sposób otrzymywania implantu. Materiał znajduje zastosowanie w chirurgicznych wypełnieniach  zwłaszcza w urologii, a zwłaszcza w leczeniu nietrzymania moczu u kobiet, chirurgii rekonstrukcyjnej, regeneracyjnej i estetycznej, a także w rekonstrukcji jądra miażdżystego dysku kręgowego. The subject of the invention is a material for use in surgical fillings based on poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS), a cross-linking agent and a suitable cytosimulating agent, a kit for interstitial fillings, an implant, the use of a material for the manufacture of an implant and a method for obtaining an implant. The material is used in surgical fillings, especially in urology, especially in the treatment of urinary incontinence in women, reconstructive, regenerative and aesthetic surgery, as well as in the reconstruction of the nucleus pulposus of the spinal disc.
