Abstract
Wynalazek dotyczy korpusu napędowego wiertnicy ścianowej, znajdującej zastosowanie w ścianach wydobywczych w górnictwie podziemnym. Korpus napędowy osadzony jest przesuwnie na przenośniku ścianowym, po stronie odociosowej ściany wydobywczej płozą ślizgową, a po stronie odzrobowej tylną płozą ślizgową (14) i ma dwie sztywne, portalowe belki łączące płozę ślizgową z zespołem napędowym. Zespół napędowy ma napęd obracający koło gwiazdowe (12) sprzężone z drabinkami (13) bezcięgnowego napędu kombajnu ścianowego. Z boku zespołu napędowego jest wystający w górę uchwyt (15) do mocowania wiertnicy i ucha dla siłowników podnoszenia wysięgnika wiertnicy. Portalowe belki wyposażone są w siłowniki stabilizujące (19) z mimośrodowymi podchwytami (22), zachodzącymi pod górne półki rynien przenośnika ścianowego, natomiast zespół napędowy na tylnej ścianie (28) ma dwie opuszczane i podnoszone zasuwy stabilizujące (24), rozpierane o drabinki. Siłowniki stabilizujące (19) i zasuwy stabilizujące (24) unieruchamiają korpus napędowy na trasie przenośnika ścianowego na czas wykonywania robót wiertniczych. Zwolnienie siłowników stabilizujących (19) i zasuw stabilizujących (24) umożliwia podniesienie korpusu napędowego wraz z wiertnicą ścianową dla przepuszczenia kombajnu ścianowego, pracującego na przenośniku ścianowym.The invention relates to the drive body of a longwall drilling rig used in longwalls in underground mining. The drive body is movably mounted on the face conveyor, on the sidewall side of the longwall with a sliding skid, and on the gourd side with a rear sliding skid (14) and has two rigid, portal beams connecting the sliding skid with the drive unit. The drive unit has a drive rotating the star wheel (12) coupled with the ladders (13) of the longwall shearer's chainless drive. On the side of the drive unit there is a handle (15) protruding upwards for mounting the drilling rig and eyes for lifting cylinders of the drilling rig's boom. The portal beams are equipped with stabilizing cylinders (19) with eccentric brackets (22) that go under the upper shelves of the AFC's gutters, while the drive unit on the rear wall (28) has two lowered and raised stabilizing gate valves (24), spread against the ladders. Stabilizing cylinders (19) and stabilizing gate valves (24) immobilize the drive body on the route of the face conveyor for the duration of drilling works. Releasing the stabilizing cylinders (19) and stabilizing gate valves (24) enables the drive body to be lifted together with the longwall drilling rig to allow passage of the longwall shearer working on the face conveyor.
