Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do monitorowania pracy elektrozaworu i sposób monitorowania pracy elektrozaworu. Urządzenie do monitorowania pracy elektrozaworu, zawierające: układ zasilania cewki (10) elektrozaworu, zawierający szeregowo połączone ze źródłem zasilania (2L+) zaciski do przyłączenia cewki (10), tranzystor (101) załączający zasilanie i rezystor pomiarowy (102); mikroprocesorowy układ pomiarowy (110) przystosowany do monitorowania natężenia prądu zasilania pobieranego przez cewkę (10) w trakcie jej załączania poprzez pomiar napięcia na rezystorze pomiarowym (102) i do sterowania tranzystorem (101) załączającym zasilanie; znamienne tym, że: mikroprocesorowy układ pomiarowy (110): zawiera przetwornik analogowo-cyfrowy (111) zawierający kanał (K2) pomiaru pobieranego prądu połączony do rezystora pomiarowego (102) oraz kanał (K3) wzmocnionego pomiaru pobieranego prądu przyłączony do kanału (K2) pomiaru pobieranego prądu za pośrednictwem wzmacniacza regulowanego (109); i jest przystosowany do: wyłączenia tranzystora (101) załączającego zasilanie po wykryciu napięcia na kanale (K2) pomiaru pobieranego prądu wartości przewyższającej wartość progową; sterowania wzmocnieniem (GAIN) wzmacniacza regulowanego (109) tak aby sygnał na wejściu kanału (K3) wzmocnionego pomiaru pobieranego prądu był niższy od zakresu pomiarowego tego kanału (K3).
