A beneficial effect of the invention is that the air in the room where the device is used is cleaned of various contaminants and disinfected – free of pathogens. Furthermore, the air is heated or cooled as needed. This ensures safe indoor air quality for users, and effectively eliminates the risk of cross-contamination between users with pathogenic microorganisms. Acceptable thermal conditions are also created. The invention is illustrated in an example embodiment of the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the device in a perspective view, Fig. 2a shows a cross-section of the device along line A-A, and Fig. 2b shows detail B of Fig. 2a. The device for purifying and shaping the thermal parameters of indoor air, in the example embodiment shown in the drawing, consists of a circular steel base with a diameter of 250 mm and a thickness of 20 mm, to which a cylindrical housing 1 made of PVC-U with an internal diameter of 120 mm and a height of 790 mm is attached. The inner surface of housing 1 is coated with a photocatalytic layer of TiO2 nanoparticles with an average size of 21 ±5 nm, distributed by 3D-nano. In the lower part of housing 1, at air inlet 1, there are twenty-four symmetrically arranged air inlet openings, above which, inside housing 1, are located, in turn, a pre-purification filter 2, the first axial fan 3, an air conditioner 5, an air guide 6, and an axially mounted UV-C radiator 4. The pre-purification filter 2 is a G4 filter fabric compliant with the PN-EN ISO 16890 standard, 15 mm thick, adapted to the housing dimensions. The first axial fan 3 is a 12A230HBAC axial fan from Hicool - Air Moving Products with adjustable speed and a maximum capacity of 102 CFM. The air conditioner 5 is a thermoelectric heating and cooling module powered by an external source. It consists of tapered through-holes arranged around the circumference of the air conditioner ring 5, which contain Peltier cells 5, which are three-stage TES3-046013 modules distributed by ARIZO. First copper heat sinks 5 are attached to the surface of the Peltier cells 5 located on the outside of the air conditioner ring 5. Second copper heat sinks 5 are attached to the surface of the Peltier cells 5 located on the inside of the air conditioner ring 5. Air guide vanes 6 are attached to the inner surface of the housing 1 and are made of thermally stabilized and UV-resistant PA6 G material distributed by TERMOPLASTIK. The UV-C 4 lamp is a Philips TUV PL-L 36W 2G11 UV-C fluorescent lamp emitting electromagnetic radiation at a wavelength of 254 nm. Above the UV-C 4 lamp is a 15 mm thick class F9 activated carbon air filter 7, compliant with the PN-EN ISO 16890 standard. Above the activated carbon air filter 7 is a second axial fan 8, which is a Hicool - Air Moving Products 12A230HBAC axial fan with adjustable speed and a maximum airflow of 102 CFM. The air outlet 1 in the form of concentrically arranged holes in the upper part of housing 1 is located above the second axial fan 8. Inside housing 1, in front of the activated carbon air filter 7, there is a first air speed sensor 9 and an air temperature sensor 1 O, while above the activated carbon air filter 7, inside housing 1, there is a second air speed sensor 11 and an air humidity sensor 12. The air speed sensors 9 and 11 are PAV3015D sensors from Posifa Technologies. The air temperature sensor 1 O is a Pt1 OOO resistance sensor, and the air humidity sensor 12 is a TL2216 sensor from Delonghi. Both air flow speed sensors 9 and 11, air temperature sensor 1 O and air humidity sensor 12 as well as the first axial fan 3, air conditioner 5 and the second axial fan 8 are connected to the control device 13, which contains, in addition to the AVT5425 control and measurement module with a USB interface, a controller for fans and humidity sensors A VT1855./11 The operation of the device for purifying and shaping the thermal parameters of indoor air shown in the example embodiment consists in that after switching on the power supply, the first axial fan 3 sucks in air from the room through the openings at the air inlet 1 and delivers it to the pre-purification filter 2. After pre-purification, this air is cooled or heated in the air conditioner 5. Cooling or heating of the air depends on whether the second radiators 5 are connected to the "hot" side. Peltier cells 5 and release heat energy to the air or whether they are connected to the "cold" side of Peltier cells 5 and absorb heat energy from the air. The determination of the sides of Peltier cells 5 depends on the direction of the current flowing through them. With the above-described heat exchange methods, the first radiators 5 are then connected respectively to the "cold" side - absorbing heat from the environment or to the "hot" side - releasing heat to the device's environment. Then, air at the desired temperature is set in a swirling motion around the UV-C radiator 4 on air guides 6. During this movement, the air is disinfected with UV-C radiation, and upon contact with the photocatalytic layer covering the inner surface of housing 1, it is photocatalytically cleaned. Microorganisms are removed from the air with 90% efficiency. The concentration of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) is also reduced by 84%. The disinfected and purified air is then directed to the activated carbon air filter 7. Here, it undergoes final cleaning and is then discharged into the room through air outlet openings 1 by the second axial fan 8. The air velocities measured before and after the activated carbon air filter 7 by the first air speed sensor 9 and the second air speed sensor 11, respectively, as well as the temperature and humidity measured by the air temperature sensor 10 and the air humidity sensor 12, are transmitted to the control device 9. This data forms the basis for appropriate control of the speed of the first axial fan 3 and the second axial fan 8, as well as the air heating/cooling in the air conditioner 5, so that the air purification and sterilization process runs as intended and achieves the required efficiency. The device continuously purifies, sterilizes, and improves the quality of indoor air. Controlling the speed of axial fans 3 and 8 allows you to increase or decrease the time the air stays in the UV-C radiation zone, which affects the effectiveness of air purification and sterilization and the efficiency of the process. /111 - housing 1 - pavilion inlet 1 - air outlet 2 - pre-purification filter 3 - first axial fan 4 - UV-C radiator - air conditioner - air conditioner ring - Peltier element - first heat sink - second heat sink 6 - air guide 7 - activated carbon air filter 8 - second axial fan 9 - first air speed sensor 1 O - air temperature sensor 11 - second air speed sensor 12 - air humidity sensor 13 - control module List of markings /11 EN
