Abstract

Mieszalnik zawierający zbiornik wyposażony w przegrody, płaszcz termostatujący, bełkotkę, mieszadło składające się z wału z piastą na której osadzono tarczę wyposażoną w łopatki, charakteryzuje się tym, że tarcza (1) ma co najmniej jedno wycięcie w kształcie wycinka koła, którego jedna krawędź przebiega po promieniu, a druga po cięciwie, a w wierzchołku wycięcia zamocowany jest zawias (3), do którego poprzez ramię (4), w kształcie litery T, przymocowana jest łopatka (5). Zawias (3) stanowi tuleja przymocowana w wierzchołku wycięcia, dwie tulejki przymocowane na krańcach poprzeczki ramienia (4) oraz sworzeń. Korzystnie łopatka (5) jest prostokątna i ma perforacje. Długość ramienia (4) odpowiada długości krawędzi wycięcia, przebiegającej po cięciwie. Łopatka (5) jest prostopadła do tarczy (1) albo jest pochylona pod kątem 135° względem tarczy (1), albo jest pochylona pod kątem 45° względem tarczy (1). Korzystnie łopatka (5) ma przekrój poprzeczny w kształcie łuku. Korzystnie przegrody (7) zbiornika (6) mają perforacje.
