Abstract

Kombajn do mechanicznego zbioru roślin kapustnych, zwłaszcza kalafiora i brokuła składający się z ramy głównej połączonej w przedniej części z zaczepem układu przyłączeniowego, a w części tylnej wspartej na dwóch kołach jezdnych, charakteryzuje się tym, że do przedniej części ramy głównej zamocowany jest wychylnie co najmniej jeden zespół wyorująco-obcinający składający się z podnośnika liści zewnętrznych i lemiesza podkopującego z układem noży rotacyjnych (9) i (10), wsparty w przedniej części na kole kopiującym. W linii za nim zamocowany jest zespół transportujący róże kalafiora składający się z dwóch przenośników (14) taśmowych, wzdłużnego przenośnika czerpakowego, poprzecznego przenośnika czerpakowego i układu rolek napędowej (17) z silnikiem (18) hydraulicznym i rolki (19) napinającej.Harvester for mechanical harvesting of brassica plants, in particular cauliflower and broccoli, consisting of a main frame connected in the front part with the hitch of the connecting system, and in the rear part supported on two road wheels, characterized in that at least one pivoting shaft is attached to the front part of the main frame a lifting-cutting unit consisting of an outer leaf lifter and a digging blade with a system of rotary knives (9) and (10), supported in the front part on a copying wheel. In the line behind it, there is a cauliflower rose transport unit consisting of two belt conveyors (14), a longitudinal bucket conveyor, a transverse bucket conveyor and a drive roller system (17) with a hydraulic motor (18) and a tension roller (19).
