Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania elektrody technologią grubowarstwową metodą sitodruku z trawieniem wysuszonej warstwy światłoczułej z użyciem pasty węglowej kompozytowej wzbogaconej wsadem diamentowym. Wytworzony wsad diamentowy w proporcjach od 1:1 do 1:3 w stosunku do standardowej pasty węglowej, miesza się do otrzymania jednorodnej masy i kolejno poddaje się wytworzeniu elektrody metodą sitodruku. Na koniec otrzymaną elektrodę wygrzewa się w piecu w temperaturze 160 - 200°C w czasie 5 - 360 min.
