Abstract
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wytwarzania elementów betonowych z odpadów niebezpiecznych i odpadów innych niż niebezpieczne z wykorzystaniem na etapie produkcji elementów betonowych zestalacza do neutralizacji substancji niebezpiecznych zawartych w odpadach. Sposób obejmuje etapy: przygotowanie odpadów, mieszania odpadów połączonego z dodawaniem zestalacza do wiązania substancji niebezpiecznych zawartych w odpadach, którego podstawowymi składnikami są: tlenek wapnia (CaO), tritlenek diglinu (Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>), ditlenek krzemu (SiO<sub>2</sub>), dodawania hydraulicznego środka wiążącego do poprawy parametrów wytrzymałościowych uzyskanej zestalonej masy oraz formowanie produktów i elementów betonowych. Elementy betonowe wytworzone z odpadów po dodatkowym utwardzeniu ich powierzchni mogą być wykorzystywane zarówno w budownictwie przemysłowym w utwardzaniu powierzchni, budowie ogrodzeń oraz budowie innych budowli, jak i mogą być wykorzystywane w rekultywacji terenów zdegradowanych.The subject of the invention is a method of producing concrete elements from hazardous waste and non-hazardous waste using a solidifier at the production stage of concrete elements to neutralize hazardous substances contained in the waste. The method includes the following stages: preparation of waste, mixing of waste combined with the addition of a solidifier to bind hazardous substances contained in waste, the basic components of which are: calcium oxide (CaO), alumina trioxide (Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3< /sub>), silicon dioxide (SiO<sub>2</sub>), adding a hydraulic binder to improve the strength parameters of the solidified mass obtained, and forming concrete products and elements. Concrete elements made of waste after additional hardening of their surface can be used both in industrial construction in surface hardening, construction of fences and construction of other structures, and can be used in the reclamation of degraded areas.
