Abstract

Zespół czujników położenia wału napędu rogatkowego, przeznaczony zwłaszcza do kolejowych napędów rogatkowych, charakteryzuje się tym, że zbudowany jest z trzech równooddalonych od siebie czujników indukcyjnych (1, 2, 3) wkręconych w płytkę (4) oraz z układu krzywek (5), przykręconych do wału (10) przekładni głównej napędu rogatkowego oraz z obwodu drukowanego (6) zawierającego trzy przekaźniki (7, 8, 9), współpracujące z czujnikami indukcyjnymi (1, 2, 3), zaś gwinty w płytce (4) umożliwiają regulację oddalenia czujników indukcyjnych (1, 2, 3) od układu krzywek (5), a obwód drukowany (6) umocowany jest do obudowy napędu rogatkowego.The set of sensors for the position of the barrier drive shaft, intended especially for railway barrier drives, is characterized by the fact that it consists of three equidistant inductive sensors (1, 2, 3) screwed into the plate (4) and a system of cams (5) screwed to the shaft (10) of the main transmission of the tollgate drive and from the printed circuit board (6) containing three relays (7, 8, 9), cooperating with inductive sensors (1, 2, 3), and the threads in the plate (4) enable adjustment of the distance of the sensors inductors (1, 2, 3) from the cam system (5), and the printed circuit board (6) is attached to the gate drive housing.
