Abstract
Sposób wielkoformatowego druku na tekturze falistej umożliwiający nadruk zabezpieczonych danych zmiennych farbą fluorescencyjną, w którym to sposobie opracowuje się komputerowy plik cyfrowy ze wzorcem graficznym opakowania oraz opracowuje się komputerowy plik zawierający bazę danych zmiennych, korzystnie w postaci kodu alfanumerycznego, następnie wykonuje się formę drukową fleksograficzną dla poddruku elementu w postaci apli, następnie korzystając ze wspomnianej formy wykonuje się poddruk metodą fleksograficzną na tekturze falistej farbą fluorescencyjną, charakteryzuje się tym, że następnie w miejscu poddruku wykonanego farbą fluorescencyjną drukuje się na wielkoformatowym urządzeniu drukującym ink-jet za pomocą atramentów utrwalanych promieniowaniem UV, natryskowo wzór grafiki wedle rzeczonego komputerowego pliku graficznego opakowania, przy czym we wspomnianym wzorze grafiki wprowadza się miejsca puste w postaci informacji zmiennej według wspomnianego komputerowego pliku zawierającego bazę danych zmiennych.A method of large-format printing on corrugated cardboard enabling printing of secured variable data with fluorescent ink, in which a computer digital file with a graphic pattern of the packaging is developed and a computer file containing a database of variables is developed, preferably in the form of an alphanumeric code, then a flexographic printing form is made for underprinting an element in the form of a solid, then using the aforementioned form, overprinting is made by flexographic method on corrugated cardboard with fluorescent ink, characterized by the fact that then, in the place of underprinting made with fluorescent ink, it is printed on a large-format ink-jet printing device using UV-cured inks, spraying a graphic pattern according to said computer graphic file of the package, wherein blanks are inserted in said graphic pattern in the form of variable information according to said computer file containing o database of variables.
