Abstract

Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest urządzenie do wytwarzania sztabek filtrowych (1) przemysłu tytoniowego z ciągłego wałka filtrowego CR zawierającego powtarzającą się sekwencję obiektów podłużnych (2) i obiektów sferycznych (3), obejmujące zespół przygotowujący do przygotowania pasma materiału filtracyjnego F, zespół formujący do formowania ciągłego wałka filtrowego CR z co najmniej jednego pasma materiału filtracyjnego, zespół podający do podawania materiału osłonowego P, zespół podający do podawania obiektów sferycznych (3) do zespołu pozycjonującego po pierwszym torze ruchu R3, zespół podający do podawania obiektów podłużnych (2) do zespołu pozycjonującego po drugim torze ruchu R2, zespół pozycjonujący do formowania i przemieszczania strumienia sumarycznego S obiektów sferycznych (3) i obiektów podłużnych (2) po trzecim torze ruchu, o powtarzającej się sekwencji obiektów sferycznych (3) i obiektów podłużnych (2) i umieszczania uformowanego strumienia sumarycznego S w formowanym ciągłym wałku filtrowym CR, głowicę tnącą do cięcia uformowanego ciągłego wałka filtrowego CR, zawierającego włókna filtrowe, obiekty sferyczne (3) i obiekty podłużne (2), na pojedyncze sztabki filtrowe (1), przy czym pojedyncza sztabka filtrowa (1) zawiera sekwencję obiektów sferycznych (3) i obiektów podłużnych (2).
